A Guide to Powerful Steam Pressure Washers

Industrial Applications of Powerful Steam Pressure Washers
There are not many cleaning machines around that are as efficient as powerful steam pressure washers. They are often used for industrial degreasing applications that require heat to blast away oil and grease on machinery.

Specifications

Powerful steam pressure washers provide an output pressure as high as 3500 psi, depending upon the model. Machines with such high pressure levels are available in both steam-only and tri-temperature configurations, the latter of which offers heightened versatility by providing the user with the ability to clean with cold water, hot water, or wet steam as needed.

A prime example of these powerful steam pressure washers is Daimer®'s 12300, an electric powered, propane heated pressure cleaner boasting tri-temperature technology, pressure levels up to 3000 psi, and a flow rate of 5 GPM for the most demanding industrial applications. In fact, Daimer® offers an assortment of pressure washing machines to meet a variety of different needs and applications. Auto detailing, for example, can be tackled with any of Daimer®'s powerful pressure cleaners with pressure levels at or below 1500 psi. In addition, for facilities with limited drainage, Daimer offers steam power washers with flow rates as low as 0.5 GPM.

Source of Power

Both electric and gasoline versions of powerful steam pressure washers are available on the internet. Other forms of fuel are often used as well, including diesel, propane, and even jet fuel. Generally, electric machines are used for indoor cleaning use because they are quieter and produce no exhaust fumes. Fuel-powered machines are preferred for outdoor use because they are mobile and can easily be wheeled or mounted to trucks. However, if the conditions are suitable, both machines can be used either indoors or outside.

Technology

Daimer® offers a number of powerful steam pressure washers with AST® technology. One such machine, the Super Max™ 12200 AST®, features this specialized technology that automatically shuts off the machine if there is no output through the trigger gun for 30 seconds. The operator can easily turn the machine back on again by using the trigger gun, which greatly reduces the number of trips back to the base unit for breaks in operation. Commonly used along with AST® technology is Daimer®’s Long Hose Technology. This allows operators to use hoses for cleaning up to 300 feet away without having to move the machine.

Daimer®, a reputable distributor of steam cleaning machines, offers powerful steam pressure washers equipped with useful technologies.
