A Guide to Powerful Steam Pressure Washers

Guide to Powerful Steam Pressure Washers
Powerful steam pressure washers have many uses in the cleaning industry, including heavy-duty industrial degreasing and cleaning parks and roads. These machines are widely regarded to be among the most powerful cleaning machines.

What Makes Them Powerful

Both high temperature and pressure levels contribute to the power of these machines. Powerful steam pressure washers reach temperatures of 330°F and pressure levels of 3500 psi. Without steam capabilities, a pressure washer can supply temperature levels up to 210°F or cold water output. However, cold water and even hot water systems aren't as powerful as steam pressure cleaners, as cleaning power increases with temperature. As such, cold water systems often compensate for lack of heating power with high pressure levels.

Utility

One problem associated with powerful steam pressure washers is that these machines are not ideal for materials that cannot withstand high temperatures. One solution for this could be to buy tri mode machines.

Tri mode machines provide three different ranges of output temperature. Cold water output is at room temperature, hot water output can reach 210°F, and steam output with a temperature of 330°F. Such pressure washers offer both high output power and utility to the operators. For instance, Daimer®’s Super Max™ 6000 has a pressure level of 750 psi and tri mode temperature capabilities ideal for cleaning floors, machinery, buildings, and other surfaces.
